Can't Wait To Return
I had heard good things about Oxford Suites, but this was my first experience staying at one. The hotel exceeded my expectations in all ways, from the professional and helpful greeting at check in, to the quality of the happy hour, to the cleanliness and stylish decor of my spacious room. What topped everything, though, was how easy checkout was - even at 4 in the morning, and the fact that the gentleman who checked me out was standing at the front door, watching me, when I drove on my way. On his own initiative, he made sure I made it to the car safely, which was appreciated given the very early morning hour. I can't say enough about the Oxford Suites - I like it so much, in fact, that it is worth foregoing Holiday Inn Priority Club points (which I am fairly fixated on) in favor of no points at all but the certainty of a great stay - You will be very happy you stayed here.

Much nicer than expected
We came down from Oregon and checked in at the Oxford Suites in Redding for sight seeing in Northern California and the Red Woods. We didn't want to stay by the coast because of its bad reputation (drugs). Looking for Hotels on the internet we came across this place and it seemed to have a good value for money price range, so we booked. Little did we know, how nice a place we had picked. They have a nice pool area surrounded by the building on three sides, a small store, restaurant (nice breakfast buffet) and their rooms were very nicely furnished, looked elegant and modern. Our king size bed room had 3 sections: sleeping, bathroom, lounging/tv area. Fully equipped with ac, microwave and fridge. We felt pretty special in there. After all the drive to the redwoods from Reddings was quite long but it was acceptable knowing that by the end of the day we would have our nice hotel room to rejoice in. We only stayed 2 nights but I would have liked to stay longer.

Great Hotel, great stay
Came for a conference at Bethel. The hotel is a few miles from the church and they offer shuttle service to and from (although we did not use it). Very nice room and superb service from everyone at the hotel (check in to check out) we were greeted with friendly service. They have a heated outdoor pool (around 81-82 degrees) and a hot tub. They also have free wifi service that had good range as we were at the eastern end of the hotel furthest from the main lobby.

What a great little hotel
We always stay at Marriott hotels but there was not a Marriott in Redding, California so we made reservations at this Oxford hotel. We had never heard of the brand before but it looked nice and clean. Mary was the lady that helped us on the phone and she was super nice and helpful. Our stay was just perfect. We were only passing through but such a nice, clean comfortable place to stay.

Very comfortable hotel.
Meals with the room price made this reasonable.

Comfortable Stay and Full Meals Too!
Enjoyed staying at Oxford Suites at Redding, CA. Hotel employees were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Especially enjoyable was the full dinner and breakfast with beverages as added amenities at no extra cost to guests. No continental breakfast nonsense here! I suggest you try the Oxford Suites...and be prepared for an enjoyable stay and a full tummy!
